AccuRecord's staff is experienced and dedicated to providing complete administrative and recordkeeping services for our clients' defined contribution plans.  These plans can be 401(k), 401(a), money purchase/profit sharing, non-qualified deferred compensation, 457, and 403(b) plans.  We can accommodate plans from under 10 participants to plans in excess of 100,000 participants.

AccuRecord's commitment to quality service is well known.   Our highly skilled and experienced staff provides service that has earned the unqualified loyalty of our customers.   Our open fund architecture allows our plan sponsors to select investment choices that fit their participants' needs.  We provide full fee disclosure, and all revenue sharing payouts received by AccuRecord are used to reduce the administrative costs of our clients.

 
 
 
AccuRecord, Inc. was founded in 1978 with the goal of providing superior recordkeeping services through the development of comprehensive proprietary benefits software.  We have been a leader in the development of technological solutions for daily processing, and we have integrated our voice response systems and Internet site to enhance our participant services.

AccuRecord's record keeping system (CURE) was built specifically for the defined contribution market.   CURE is a proprietary system, designed, developed, maintained, and upgraded by AccuRecord’s on-site programming staff.   CURE is a real-time system, available to plan participants 24 hours a day.  Our voice response system (VRS), participant internet site, and plan sponsor site are fully integrated with CURE to provide real-time information.

AccuRecord’s experience has taught us that participants and plan sponsors have different needs and requirements.  As such, we have developed and maintain separate custom service centers.  Our Participant Service Center has been developed to assist plan participants.  Our service representatives have undergone extensive training to assist your participants with general questions pertaining to their account, processing transactions (loans, transfers, withdrawals), and producing activity confirmations and statements.  Our Plan Sponsor Service Center can assist the plan sponsor with everything from enrollments and valuation verification, to details regarding proper processing of plan specific forms, and assisting in audit reports.

AccuRecord Application Service Provider (AASP) offers a private label solution for your qualified plan recordkeeping and administration needs.  Plan Providers can concentrate their efforts on the needs of their Plan Sponsors and Participants, and rely on AccuRecord to deliver “Back Office” support for recordkeeping and plan administration.  With AASP, Financial Institutions, Third Party Administrators and Registered Investment Advisors can reduce their internal costs while improving the quality of their recordkeeping and administration.
AASP offers a private label website with “Open Fund Architecture”, “Full Fee Disclosure” and “Revenue Sharing” in a Daily environment.  No need to purchase and maintain expensive hardware, or hire a large staff of pension professionals.

Compliance Testing
The AccuRecord Plan Compliance system can be used with any recordkeeping system and is currently being used by Financial Institutions to ensure that their Defined Contribution Plans comply with the annual non-discrimination and compliance regulations.
The participant data file is imported from the record keeping system and/or other external sources.  The participant data file can contain data for multiple plans.  This allows the ability to process multiple tests through a single job entry.
The Compliance System performs the following functions:
  • ADP/ACP Discrimination Testing 401(k)(3), 401(m)(1)
  • Catch-up Determination and Exclusion
  • Maximum Annual Additions Test – Section 415(c)
  • Maximum Deferral Test – Section 402(g)
  • Minimum Coverage Test – Section 410(b)
